1. Why do I register:

- If you register (all we ask is your name and valid email address) you will always have a history of what you bought, the shopping cart keeps the contents of what you have put in, and you will be kept updated about the site every now and then.

2. Do I have to register if I buy?

- yes

3. Will I get refunds of my money?

- no you never get refunds, If you accidently bought a set twice, then send me both of the receipts, and you will be able to pick another set for the double one. (choice has to be one of the exisiting sets at that moment)

4. Will I have Auto Download after buying?

- yes you will be able to download all the files (zip) when you ordered.

5. How does autodownload work?

- If you follow all buttons through ordering and payment, you will end up in the download page. Sets are 2 days available for you to be downloaded.

6. How do I see my discount?

- when you order sets, you will see the discount at the end of the details. For instance when the special is: buy 1 get 1, you put both sets you want in the baskets, and you will see the discount at the end of the page.

7. I order HUS, will i get JEF and PES as well?

- Yes you get all formats, just in case you will need to use one of the other formats in the future, so you do not have to convert yourself.!

- we only accept payments through Paypal, You do not really have to have a paypal account to order through Paypal, you can read all about it at paypal

10. Do you have Free Testdesigns?

- Yes you can find them through the page, and in my Yahoo Group.
